2U rackmount unit containing 8 FM/RDS recivers with seperate antennae inputs for each. 8 stereo encoders supporting, as standard, MPEG Layer 2 with additional MPEG encoding algorithm options, including MPEG 4 AAC HEv2 encoding, available.
2 x 10/100 IP Ethernet ports allowing seperate control and audio streaming. RS232 ancillary data, 5 TTL input and output contact closures with comprehensive SNMP monitoring and control.
Supports various IP protocols including FTP, UDP, TCP, RDP, RTSP, RTCP and MPEG TS.
Comes equiped with 1 x low noise fan and 1 x Hot-swappable PSU with a slot for an additional optional second PSU (AC or DC).
