Mayah C1140/1 IP/ISDN

The Mayah C1140/41 models are designed specifically for transporting audio (and auxillary data) over ISDN and IP circuits, either as an ISDN codec with IP control for management or as a codec for both ISDN and IP. The ISDN stack is based on Mayah's long experience in this field, with FlashCast®auto-sensing technology simplyfying synchronisity and framing with other ISDN codecs, including many D-channel protocols for international connectivity. IP support is the same as other C11 models. They can connect to portable devices such as the Mayah Sporty and Flashman II as well as other third party vendors and can talk to RTP and SIP, the basic technology for corporate and public networks.

The C1140 and the C1141 are bi-directional (duplex) codecs, able to encode and decode simultaneously, supporting Dual destination over ISDN. The use of different algorithms for transmit and receive is also supported and over IP up to 10 seperate listen only routes can be made.

C1141 has full front panel metering, headphone monitoring (Input/Output selectable) and control via an LCD screen and push buttons, C1140 version has front panel metering and Headphone monitoring output.

C1141 with the apt-X™/ Enhanced apt-X™ software option is particularly suitable as a near universal solution for any recording studio or voice artist.
