Next FM is the first ‘All in One' FM transmitter which includes HQSound digital audio processors and a stereo encoder as well as additional innovative features such as an RDS encoder, embedded audio backup, I/O remote control and TCP/IP connectivity.
Ecreso's innovative approach of combining a high quality transmitter with this essential broadcast functionality delivers many savings to the broadcaster in terms of cost, real estate, time and energy. Next FM occupies less space at the transmitter site, draws less power and is a highly competitive, cost-effective alternative to purchasing a range of separate devices. With a single, integrated user interface to control all functions, Next FM also enables greater user efficiency.

Next FM Transmitter has low distortion < 0,05 % and the best FM S/N ratio > 80 dB. It also has a very good channel separation up to 50 dB over the whole band and PLL controlled by microprocessor. It is adjustable from 2 to 20W or 10 to 100W (depending on version).

The 20 or 100W exciter can be used with an external power amplifier to reach output powers up to 10KW.

Automatic Gain Control
Employing predictive techniques, the AGC is based on complex algorithms that correct large level variations without any pumping effect, maintaining a constant audio level on air. This wideband approach keeps the balance between frequencies. Silence gating prevents unnecessary volume changes,improveing processing quality.

Tone FX
A 4-band parametric equalizer in both the 2 band and 4 band audio processors enables the creation of specific sonic signatures. For each band it allows the creation of specific sonic signatures thanks to its 4-band parametric equalizer. For each band it is possible to configure the frequency, the gain and the filter quality. This level of precision is extremely useful for bass enhancement. You can also increase high and low frequencies dynamically thanks to the Bass FX and Treble FX.

Stereo FX
Enhance the stereo effect of your signal with excellent control.Stereo enhancement used to be a source of reception issues such as multi-path. Next FM includes a specific limiter to ensure reception stability.

Multi-band Processor
Using a unique algorithm that controls the gain for each band, you can easily control how Next FM will process your sound and each band can be separately gated. A ‘fidelity' parameter enables you to control how close to the original sound you'd like to remain (Purist/Processed). Next FM also offers the Sound Impact System, a revolutionary algorithm that preserves dynamic and peak attack perception.

Multi-band limiters
Next FM contains advanced multiband limiters, with look ahead function guaranteeing perfect peak control without drawbacks typically found in other limiters. A mix function enables control of the balance between the bands.

Final limiters
Previously the best clippers on the market ran at a sampling rate of 768kHz. Next FM includes a revolutionary FM Limiter sampling at 1.5 MHz allowing you to precisely control high frequency energy with the HF limiter and an HD limiter can be used at the same time to process high quality digital radio (HD /DAB / DRM).

Preset management
Next FM has numerous factory presets designed for every format. The unit keeps a complete preset history, so you will never lose an existing configuration. Presets can be password protected.
