Product Description

The FM Receiver Silver is a professional affordable FM Re-Broadcast Receiver. Designed by WorldCast Systems’ experienced R&D team, the FM Receiver Silver is capable of receiving a signal under difficult reception circumstances and outputting an MPX baseband or audio signal which can be used for high quality retransmission giving broadcasters the capability to provide complete coverage in shadow areas, tunnels and other demanding reception areas.

To provide broadcast engineers with complete peace of mind, the FM Receiver Silver can monitor RF levels and MPX deviation to establish presence of a suitable signal, front panel level meters display baseband audio activity with current status indicators via the front panel LED's and further detail via the front panel LCD display.

Pilot and RDS signals are monitored along with the PI code which can be decoded and displayed  to ensure correct program tuning.

Compatible with all makes of FM transmitters, the unit provides a double MPX output so it can also be used in conjunction with 1+1 or Dual Drive transmitter systems. For those requiring additional monitoring capabilities, the IP/IO version offers contact closures (GPIO) and a TCP/IP connection for remote configuration and SNMP management.
